Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Value Representation:

• Each gift card value corresponds to the number of players based on our standard pricing structure.
• Price per player varies depending on the number of players and the theme room selected.

1. Theme Room Pricing:

• Some theme rooms are categorized under Premium Price due to unique experiences such as live actors or special settings.
• Premium Experience includes:
• Chamber of Hocus Remastered at Avenue K
• Final Hour at NU Sentral
• Spy Game Mission 5 at The Curve
• Gift cards may fully cover Standard Rooms, but Premium Rooms may require the gift card receiver to top up if the total booking cost exceeds the gift card value.

1. Minimum & Maximum Players Requirement:

• Each room has specific minimum and maximum player requirements.
• Example:
• Spy Game (All Missions): Maximum of 6 players per session.
• Other rooms may have a minimum of 2 players and up to 8 players, depending on the selected theme.
• Customers are encouraged to refer to the Price Page and room details for specific player limits before booking.

1. Pricing Reference:

• Detailed pricing for each theme room, including per-player rates and total prices, is available on our official Price Page. Customers are encouraged to review it before purchasing or redeeming gift cards.

1. Minimum & Maximum Gift Card Value:

• Gift cards can be purchased starting from RM100 up to RM360.
• Custom gift card values are allowed within this range, and multiple gift cards may be used together.

1. Booking & Redemption:

• Gift cards are ONLY valid for online bookings via our official website.
• Walk-in redemptions are not accepted.
• Gift card codes must be applied during checkout at the time of booking.

1. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable:

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No refunds or change will be given for unused portions of the gift card.

1. Validity Period:

• Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Any unused value after the validity period will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

1. Partial Utilization & Top-Up:

• If the gift card value is less than the total booking cost, the receiver is required to pay the difference.
• If the booking cost is lower than the gift card value, the balance remains until the expiry date but cannot be refunded or converted to cash.

1. Applicable Rooms & Availability:

• Gift cards are valid for all rooms, subject to each room’s specific pricing, player limits, and availability.
• Certain rooms may have peak-hour, festive, or special surcharges not covered by the gift card.

1. Other Terms:

• Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with promotional codes, discounts, or corporate bookings unless specified.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be reissued.
